“Size doesn’t matter”! You and me both know, it does. No matter how many times you say that to yourself or even worse your partner says it to you – you know deep down that you would do almost anything to make your penis bigger. There are many different ways to increase the size of your penis, however, the safest, easiest and proven way is through penis enlargement exercises.
1) This first exercise will focus on working the Ischio Cavernous (IC) and the Bulbo Cavernous (BC). It is these 2 “muscles” that can determine the amount of blood your manhood can hold. The IC and BC are also responsible for the thickness of your penis. In order to work these muscles, place a small towel over your erect penis. It is best to carry out this exercise while sitting down. Contract your pubic muscles in order to make your penis stand up straight. The towel will provide resistance to this movement, thus giving you a great workout. Within a short space of time this can make your erections far harder. Continue using the exercise and eventually you can make your penis much thicker.
2) The next exercise concentrates on the Pubo Coccygeal (PC) muscle. The PC muscle is usually squeezed and contracted whenever you try and stop yourself from urinating. PC squeezes are prescribed to new mothers in order to tighten their vagina’s after giving birth. As for the use of this exercise by guys, you can once again make your erections stronger and increase the size of your penis. Additionally this exercise is known to promote stamina and staying power and can even be responsible for curing you of premature ejaculation. Simply sit on either a tennis or soccer ball. Then contract the PC muscle for 15-20 seconds at a time and then relax and repeat.
3) The final exercise is for stretching the internal ligaments of the penis. There are many ancient African and Asian tribes who famously enlarge different parts of their body through stretching the ligaments. Possibly the most well known are the giraffe women of Myanmar, some of whom have elongated necks well in excess of 10 inches! An easy ligament stretch to perform in order to naturally increase the size of your penis is simply pulling your manhood straight out in front of you. This should be a fairly gentle stretch and you should feel a tug on all the ligaments surrounding your member. Hold the stretch for 5 minutes in total, but each minute try and pull your penis out a little further.
